Notes: Not all patients answered every question. Cohen's Kappa for agreement, κ = 0.61 (95% CI 0.53 to 0.70) [1000 bootstrap simulations; BCa CI], showed good agreement between husband vs. wives on readiness for twins (77% agreement; κ = 0.61; 95% CI 0.53 to 0.70).
